My Grandpas 53rd Birthday!

One Morning on a Tuesday I woke up early. Once I got up and had breakfast. For breakfast I had cheese and crackers. Later on I went and got changed. I wore something casual cause it was hot.

Sooner or later I finished getting ready. Oh my gosh I just remembered that it is my Grandpas birthday. I didn't do or make anything for my Grandpa. I cant believe I forgot that it was my grandpas birthday. As soon I remembered about his birthday I made him a card.

Afterwards my card that I made for my grandpa was finished. Then I watched Netflix to wait for my Grandpa to finish work. Not long I fell asleep when I was watching mako mermaids.

Suddenly I woke up and on the side of my ear I heard someone eating on the table. Then I turned my head and it was my Grandpa. I began to get up and walk over to him I grabbed my card and gave it to him. 

My Grandpa then said hello Faye and I then replied and said happy birthday papa. He then said thank you for the card and he read the card. In the card I wrote how kind he is. He then started to cry which was very sad so I hugged him. My whole family came and we all had a big feast.

Speech Finals

This was speech day and we had 1st 2nd and 3rd Maddy came 3rd Kate came 2nd and Kotipi came 1st for 2018 room 10 speech finals. Which was amazing because they were all good. I also learn more from there speeches which was good because I learn more things I never knew.

On speech day there were so much people from each classes I also wished that I was kinda in the speech finals but kind of not because I get shy. 

If you came to speech finals this year I hope you learn at least one thing from those people who were in the finals.

This is basically my digital world. I go on the internet 10 to 16 hours.

Reflection On Term 4 Goals

Reading- I achieved my Reading goals
Writing- I achieved my Writing goals
Maths- I didn't achieve my Math goal
Because I have not been practicing at all the time.

Daffodil Day

Last, week Friday the 31st of August. We all had a  whole school assembly on daffodil because all those who bought a daffodil raised enough money to help with all those who have cancer. 

Miss Vickers also gave the prefects each word to hold and the word all spelled out hope so we hoped for the cancer people

Sooner or later, assembly was finished and all of us came out side of the multi purpose room and Mrs Misela then said to the people who has a daffodil to line up for a nice picture to go on blog. Then we all head back to class.
